Inclusive is redefining the ATS and Hiring markets by offering full-service hiring software which is ultimately free for employer use. We do this by aggregating candidate data from external recruiters and making it searchable, plus recycling our user's excess data, alongside all the normal ATS functionality. Our software saves you time, money and effort - tangible results for both employers and external recruiters. Backed by a former 'Dragon', we have our first soft users and are launching in Q1 of 2025 with a major employer user. Our project has also previously been recognised by the award of a travel grant from British Airways, beating more than 5000 other SMEs.

Our product is operational with our first soft users.  

What have we built?

Inclusive is a new software platform in the ATS / Hiring space. We essentially want to make ATS software free for employers (the current average cost is c.$10K a year) and we do this by aggregating and making searchable candidate data from external recruiters, thus making a transaction % rather than solely generating revenue from subscription, like all of our competitors. 

It's a huge market (c.$500B/year) and we are the first people straddling the ATS & Hiring markets with our unique platform. Our product is functional and we have our first soft users after a huge development effort. 

Jason Corsello from Acadian Ventures, the major venture capital company in HR technology, said this in June 2024; β€˜β€™ATS is a big market that needs innovation. We have been disrupting around the edges, not the core and I wish I knew why. To disrupt ATS and Recruiting takes capital out of the gate, instead of a $3M seed round you need to maybe raise $20M to build everything fast enough.’’

We have bootstrapped to this point with the additional of a significant angel investment from our Dragon investor, having never taken the $20M investment!

What do we need? 

We'd like to hear from individuals established in countries outside the UK who are interested in licencing our software in their country. You might have a background in software, sales, finance, hiring or recruiting, but you will be able to illustrate a deep understanding of your specific market and the value that our product could bring to it.   

English language markets are of primary interest, but we intent to offer Inclusive in multiple languages in the future.

The Inclusive Pool is a unique feature of our platform which enables an Employer who rejects a candidate application to add their details to the Inclusive Pool. This pool of candidate data is then searchable by other Employers to the benefit of both parties. You can only be added to the Pool by an Employer.
