Inclusive is redefining the ATS market by offering full-service hiring software which is free for employer use. Our mission is to move hiring from cost centre to profit centre. We do this by aggregating candidate data from external recruiters and making it searchable, plus recycling our user's excess data, alongside all the normal ATS functionality. Our project has also previously been recognised by the award of a travel grant from British Airways, beating more than 5000 other SMEs.
