Inclusive is redefining the ATS and Hiring markets by offering full-service hiring software which is ultimately free for employer use. We do this by aggregating candidate data from external recruiters and making it searchable, plus recycling our user's excess data, alongside all the normal ATS functionality. Our software saves you time, money and effort - tangible results for both employers and external recruiters. Backed by a former 'Dragon', we have our first soft users and are launching in Q3 of 2024. Our project has also previously been recognised by the award of a travel grant from British Airways, beating more than 5000 other SMEs.
