The successful CCTV Drainage Analyst will be dynamic and organised with knowledge of the drainage industry. We are an industry leader in innovation; we hope to welcome you to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Report writing of drainage CCTV surveys carried out by Field Engineers.
- Providing quotations for new/potential surveys from large commercial sites to domestic properties.
- Providing quotations based on remedial works or drainage repairs from surveys.
- Preparing CAD drawings using AutoCAD of existing and proposed drainage layouts.
- Liaising with customers for all quoted works.
- Liaising with the internal operations department and Field Engineers to ensure the smooth running of projects and surveys.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Essential:
- CAD software experience.
- Microsoft Office experience.
Preferred (training will be provided for the right candidate):
- Experience in producing and analysing drainage CCTV footage.
- Knowledge of WinCan software.
Skills And Qualities:
- Analytical approach.
- Ability to interpret site data from engineers.
- Willingness to adapt to fluctuations in workloads.
- Good communication skills in relation to both clients and engineers.
- Ability to upsell further recommendations and works.
