The successful CCTV Drainage Analyst will be dynamic and organised with knowledge of the drainage industry. We are an industry leader in innovation; we hope to welcome you to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Report writing of drainage CCTV surveys carried out by Field Engineers.
• Providing quotations for new/potential surveys from large commercial sites to domestic properties.
• Providing quotations based on remedial works or drainage repairs from surveys.
• Preparing CAD drawings using AutoCAD of existing and proposed drainage layouts.
• Liaising with customers for all quoted works.
• Liaising with the internal operations department and Field Engineers to ensure the smooth running of projects and surveys.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Essential:

• CAD software experience.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Preferred (training will be provided for the right candidate):

• Experience in producing and analysing drainage CCTV footage.
• Knowledge of WinCan software.

• Ability to interpret site data from engineers.
• Willingness to adapt to fluctuations in workloads.
• Good communication skills in relation to both clients and engineers.
• Ability to upsell further recommendations and works.
