Description

Located at our HQ in Staines Upon Thames, you will report directly to our Operations Manager, assisting them in the coordination of our teams on the ground. Previous experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of the drainage industry is beneficial but not essential. You will be an integral part of organising the works diary.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be working directly with our teams on the ground, as well as liaising with our clients in the call centre.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the coordination of our team of engineers.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations tasks.
  • Team Admin tasks.
  • Management and acquisition of materials and equipment.
  • Communicating technical advice from our in-house expert to our teams on the ground.
  • Problem-solving in terms of client requirements and scheduling.
  • Updating customers with the progress of work.
  • Updating organisational software.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding ongoing projects.
  • Planning for jobs and reviewing progress.
  • Collecting and analysing data for reporting.
  • Facilitate booking reactive and pre-planned works both for commercial clients and domestic clients.

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • You will be the first point of call for our customers, so strong telephone skills will be essential.
  • Can work independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Commitment to learn and develop.
  • Experience working within the drainage industry or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems (eWorks or similar).
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite.
