Located at our HQ in Staines Upon Thames, you will report directly to the Call Centre Team Leader, assisting them in the management of our teams on the ground. Previous experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of the drainage industry is essential as you will be an integral part of organising the works diary. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working directly with our senior management team and engineers, as well as liaising with our clients in the call centre
Roles & Responsibilities
-Assisting in the management of our team of engineers
-Planning domestic and commercial groundworks and sewer connections
-Management and acquisition of materials and equipment
-Providing technical advice to teams on the ground
-Problem-solving in terms of client requirements and scheduling
-Public policy control; liaising with local councils and third-party community management teams to get work signed off
-Updating customers with the progress of work
-Updating organisational software
-Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding ongoing projects
-Planning for jobs and reviewing progress
-Collecting and analysing data for reporting
